
These garlic shrimp stuffed shells are my most popular recipe on TikTok, so I’m making a cozy spot for it on the blog!
Recipe for 12-15 fully stuffed shells:
•boil jumbo pasta shells al dente
•sauté 15-20 shrimp in a skillet on med heat with 1tbsp butter & 1tbsp garlic
•remove shrimp from skillet to cool & dice into small pieces
•add in 1tbsp sun-dried tomato oil, 3/4 jar of garlic marinara, 1tbsp parsley & 1 cup heavy cream
•simmer on low for 3 minutes
•in a bowl mix 15oz ricotta, shrimp, 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
•evenly pour in 1 cup of pasta sauce to baking dish
•stuff shells fully with shrimp mixture & place in baking dish on top of sauce

•pour remaining sauce over shells
•top with 1/2 – 1 cup of grated mozzarella, crushed red pepper, parsley & cover with aluminum foil
•bake at 375 for 15 minutes
