Cajun Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Hey friends. First post of 2022 and so happy to be sharing this delightful appetizer with you all. Super proud of these babies. Made them last night for the first time & didn’t know what to expect, but WOW they came out so good! Perfect appetizer for parties or as a side. I paired these with a simple alfredo & pancetta pasta 🙂

Recipe:

Remove stems off mushrooms, wipe mushrooms with a wet towel. Bring to a bowl with 1tbsp olive oil & garlic herb seasoning.

Sauté lump crab meat (6oz) in a skillet with 1tsp old bay, 1tsp garlic & 1tsp butter.

In a bowl combine 8oz container of spinach & artichoke dip, crab meat, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella & 1tsp old bay.

Stuff mushrooms with mixture & place in baking dish. Sprinkle paprika & panko breadcrumbs on top.

Bake at 350 for 15min. Then add in some butter on the bottom of baking dish & cook an additional 3-5min.
